🕐 Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Government-issued photo ID required at check-in
❌ Cancellation Policy
- 7+ days before check-in: Full refund
- 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund
- Date changes allowed up to 48 hours before check-in (subject to availability)
🏠 House Rules
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- No smoking inside the villas
- No parties or loud music
- Children must be supervised near water areas
- Pets allowed with prior approval
- Please respect our organic garden and farm animals
- Guests are responsible for any damages to property
💳 Payment Terms
- Full payment required at time of booking
- We accept all major credit/debit cards via Razorpay
- UPI and net banking also accepted
- Prices include all applicable taxes (GST)
